Tax Treaty between Hong Kong and Mongolia to be Negotiated

According to an update from the Hong Kong Inland Revenue Department, officials from Hong Kong and Mongolia are scheduled to hold the first round of negotiations for an income tax treaty from 14 to 15 March 2024. Any resulting treaty would be the first of its kind between the two jurisdictions and must be finalized, signed, and ratified before entering into force.
