According to Niger media reports officials from Indonesia and Niger signed an income tax treaty on 9 August.
Niger Foreign Minister Kalla Ankouraou and Indonesian Deputy Foreign Minister Abdurrahman Mohammad Fachir signed the treaty on behalf of their governments. The treaty is the first of its kind between the two countries. It will enter into force after the ratification instruments are exchanged. Details of the treaty will be published once available.
