Turkey has published Presidential Decision No. 4018 of 24 May 2021 in the Official Gazette, which provides that the income tax treaty with Rwanda entered into force on 21 October 2020. The treaty, signed 1 December 2018, is the first of its kind between the two countries.
Taxes Covered
The treaty covers Rwandan personal income tax, corporate income tax, withholding taxes, and tax on rent of immovable property. It covers Turkish income tax and corporate tax.
