Tax Treaty between Tanzania and Vietnam to be Signed

Officials from Vietnam and Tanzania met on 17 June 2021 to discuss bilateral relations and agreed to the signing of an income tax treaty. Negotiations for the treaty have been ongoing since 2016. The treaty will be the first of its kind between the two countries and must be finalized, signed, and ratified before entering into force.
