The Tax Administration of Kosovo has published a notice dated 5 September 2018, announcing that it has received notification from the Dutch Ministry of Finance and the Kosovo Ministry of Foreign Affairs that the 1982 tax treaty between the Netherlands and the former Yugoslavia is no longer in force. The effective date of the treaty's termination in respect of Kosovo is 1 September 2018.
