Liechtenstein has published an exchange of notes signed with Germany that provides technical correction to address inaccuracies in the 2011 income and capital tax treaty between the two countries. This includes several adjustments in the wording of various provisions of the treaty. The exchange of notes was signed by Germany and Liechtenstein on 12 July and 15 July 2021, respectively, and generally applies from the latter date of signature.
