The Thai Revenue Department has announced an extension of the deadlines for corporate tax filings for the 2020 tax year, provided that filings are completed online. This includes that the deadline is extended to 30 June 2021 for corporate income tax returns and payment for 2020 falling due in May and June 2021. The same deadline extension to 30 June 2021 is also provided for the annual transfer pricing disclosure for the 2020 tax year.
