The OECD has announced that Thailand signed on 3 June 2020 the OECD-Council of Europe Convention on Mutual Administrative Assistance in Tax Matters as amended by the 2010 protocol. The Convention must now be ratified by Thailand and the ratification instrument deposited before entering into force for the country.
