The Netherlands Terminates Savings Tax Agreement between Former Netherlands Antilles and Romania

The Netherlands has terminated the savings tax agreement between the former Netherlands Antilles and Romania as it applies in relations between Romania and Sint Maarten. The termination is effective 1 January 2023.

Note the agreement was previously terminated as it applied in relations between Romania and the BES Islands and Curacao.
