The Philippines Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) has published Revenue Memorandum Circular (RMC) No. 73-2018, which prescribes the use of new BIR Forms on the monthly remittance of creditable income taxes withheld and the monthly remittance of final income taxes withheld. These include:
