It is reported that the Ministry of Finance released a new version of the draft transfer pricing law on 4 May 2011.
It is understood that the new draft law is more closely aligned with international transfer pricing principles and OECD guidelines.
It is expected that the new draft law, if passed, will be effective from 1 January 2012.
