The income and capital tax treaty and protocol between Austria and Greece signed on 18 July 2007, will enter into force on 1 April 2009. The treaty generally applies from 1 January 2010. From this date, the new treaty generally replaces the Austria-Greece income and capital tax treaty of 22 September 1970.
