Treaty between Czech Republic and New Zealand ratified

A New Zealand Order in Council was signed on 28 July 2008 to incorporate the new tax treaty between New Zealand and the Czech Republic into New Zealand domestic law. The treaty is expected to enter into force in late August or early September 2008. The Czech Republic has already completed its domestic legislative procedures
