The Czech Republic and China (People's Rep.) initialled a first-time income tax treaty on 16 March 2006. Once in force, the new treaty will replace the Czechoslovakia-China (People's Rep.). income tax treaty of 11 June 1987 in relations between the Czech Republic and China. Further details of the new treaty will be reported subsequently.
