Treaty between Denmark and Spain - Danish election invalidates tax bill to terminate treaty

On 25 October 2007, the Danish Prime Minister announced that an election will take place on 13 November 2007, with the effect that all bills that have not yet been adopted will be annulled.

As a result, Bill (L 26), presented on 11 October 2007, giving the Danish government authority to terminate the tax treaty between Denmark and Spain is no longer valid.
