Details of the Germany-Luxembourg Income and Capital Tax treaty (2012), signed on 23 April 2012, have become available. Once in force and effective, the new treaty will replace the Germany - Luxembourg Income and Capital Tax Treaty (1958) as amended by the 1973 and 2009 protocols. The treaty was concluded in the German language. The treaty generally follows the OECD Model (2010).
