Treaty between Japan and Philippines – negotiations

The Japanese Ministry of Finance announced on 26 April 2006 that negotiations are planned to revise the income tax treaty, protocol and exchange of notes between Japan and the Philippines, signed on 13 February 1980. The first round of negotiations is scheduled to take place on 10 May 2006 in Manila. Further details will be reported subsequently
