Treaty between the Netherlands and China – negotiations

In a press release of 27 August 2007, the Dutch Ministry of Finance announced that in mid-December 2007re-negotiations of the existing tax income treaty between the Netherlands and China (People's Rep.).of 13 May 1987 are expected to begin.The aim of the re-negotiations is to sign a new general tax treaty with China.
