Treaty between Norway and Portugal enters into force

On 15 June 2012, the Norway - Portugal Income Tax Treaty (2011) will enter into force. The treaty generally applies from 1 January 2013. From this date, the new treaty generally replaces the Norway - Portugal Income and Capital Tax Treaty (1970).
