Algeria ratified the income and capital tax treaty and protocol between Algeria and Switzerland, signed on 3 June 2006, by way of Presidential Decree 08-425 published in the Official Gazette No. 4 dated 18 January 2009. Details of the treaty will be reported subsequently.
