Treaty between Austria and Czech Republic ratified

The Austrian Bundesrat ratified the first-time income and capital tax treaty and protocol between Austria and Czech Republic, signed on 8 June 2006, on 27 July 2006. Once in force, the new treaty will replace the Austria-Czechoslovakia income and capital tax treaty of 7 March 1978 in the relations between the Czech Republic and Austria.
