China (People's Rep.) and Denmark signed a new income tax treaty on 16 June 2012 which took effect on 1 January 2013. The China (People's Rep.) - Denmark Income Tax Treaty (2012) replaces the China (People's Rep.) - Denmark Income Tax Treaty (1986). The treaty was concluded in the Chinese, Danish and English languages, all texts being equally authentic. In the case of divergence, however, the English text prevails.
