Treaty between Bulgaria and Switzerland enters into force

On 18 October 2013, the Bulgaria - Switzerland Income and Capital Tax Treaty (2012) entered into force. The treaty generally applies from 1 January 2014. From this date, the new treaty generally replaces the Bulgaria - Switzerland Income and Capital Tax Treaty (1991).
