On 11 July 2013, the Colombia - Mexico Income and Capital Tax Treaty (2009) will enter into force. The treaty generally applies in Mexico from 1 January 2014. It applies in Colombia from 1 January 2014 for income tax matters and from 11 July 2013 for all other tax matters.
