The income and capital tax treaty and protocol between Columbia and Spain, signed on 31 March 2005, entered into force on 23 October 2008. The treaty applies in respect of regular taxes chargeable on income or on capital from 30 December 2008 and in respect of other taxes as from 23 October 2008
