Treaty between Czech Republic and Poland enters into force

On 11 June 2012, the Czech Republic - Poland Income Tax Treaty (2011) entered into force. The new treaty generally applies from 1 January 2013. From this date, the new treaty generally replaces the Czech Republic - Poland Income and Capital Tax Treaty (1993).
