Treaty between Denmark and Austria to be ratified

On 2 October 2007, the Danish Ministry of Finance presented a Bill (L19) to incorporate the income and capital tax treaty and protocol between Denmark and Austria signed on 25 May 2007. The treaty will be ratified once the government has enacted the Bill. The new treaty will generally replace the Austria-Denmark income and capital tax treaty of 23 October 1961. Details of the treaty will be reported subsequently.
