Treaty between France and Australia submitted to French Parliament

The new income and capital tax treaty and protocol between  France and Australia signed on 20 June 2006, not 21 June 2006 as previously reported in, was submitted for approval to the French parliament on 28 November 2007. Once in force and effective the new treaty will replace the France-Australia income tax treaty of 19 April 1976.
