Treaty between Malta and Norway enters into force

On 14 February 2013, the Malta - Norway Income Tax Treaty (2012) entered into force. The treaty generally applies from 1 January 2014. From this date, the new treaty generally replaces the Malta - Norway Income Tax Treaty (1975).
