The income tax treaty and protocol between Mexico and India, signed on 10 September 2007, entered into force on 1 February 2010. The treaty generally applies from 1 January 2011 for Mexico and from 1 April 2011 for India. On 31 March 2010, the text of the treaty was published in the Official Gazette of Mexico.
