The Moroccan Parliament ratified the new income tax treaty between Morocco and Finland signed on 7 April 2006, as published in the Moroccan Official Gazette No. 5526 of 17 May 2007. Once in force and effective the new treaty will generally replace the Finland and Morocco income and capital tax treaty of 25 June 1973 as amended by the 2001 protocol.
