Treaty between Russia and Singapore approved by lower chamber of Russian parliament

On 5 December 2008, the Russian State Duma (lower chamber of parliament) approved the income tax treaty and protocol between Rusia-Singapore, signed on 9 September 2002. The treaty must still be approved by the Council of Federation (upper chamber of the parliament), signed by the President and, subsequently, ratified by Russia.
