Treaty between Turkey and Portugal ratified

The Turkish Council of Ministers ratified the first-time income tax treaty and protocol between Turkey and Portugal, signed on 11 May 2005, by way of Decree No. 006/11337, published in the Official Gazette of 15 December 2006. The treaty will enter into force once the exchange of instruments of ratification is completed. Details of the treaty will be reported subsequently
