The Turkish parliament gave its consent for the approval of the income tax treaty and protocol between Turkey and Portugal, signed on 11 May 2005, by way of Act 5515, published in the Official Gazette of 6 June 2006. The treaty has now been sent to the Council of Ministers for approval
