The Inland Revenue Division of the Trinidad and Tobago Ministry of Finance issued a release on 28 July 2020 to remind VAT registrants that the Board of Inland Revenue (BIR) continues to accept applications for VAT Bonds. The ability to apply for the payment of outstanding VAT refunds via VAT Bonds was first announced in April 2020.
