The Turkish Revenue Administration has announced the publication of Presidential Decision No. 9582 in the Official Gazette on 15 March 2025. The Decision increases the minimum input VAT refund claim amount from TRY 2,000 to TRY 10,000. The increase is effective for transactions made from 1 April 2025.
