Turkey's Revenue Administration has announced the publication of Presidential Decision No. 4454 of 3 September 2021, which provides for a reduced withholding tax rate of 0% on income derived from venture capital mutual funds and real estate investment trust (REIT) participation shares held for more than two years (reduced from 10%). The reduced rate applies from 4 September 2021.
