Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan signed on 1 October 2020 the decision for the ratification of the Multilateral Competent Authority Agreement on the Exchange of Country-by-Country Reports (CbC MCAA). Turkey's CbC reporting requirements were implemented in February 2020 and apply for reporting fiscal years beginning on or after 1 January 2019, including local filing obligations for non-parent constituent entities in Turkey.
