On 15 September 2023, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan signed the decision for the ratification of the administrative arrangement for the implementation of the 2013 social security agreement with Tunisia, which entered into force on 1 April 2018. The administrative arrangement, which was signed on 19 April 2023, will enter into force once the ratification procedures are completed and will apply retroactively from 1 April 2018.
