Turkmenistan Approves Pending Tax Treaty with Azerbaijan

On 2 March 2019, the Turkmenistan parliament approved the law for the ratification of the pending income tax treaty with Azerbaijan. The treaty, signed 22 November 2018, is the first of its kind between the two countries and will enter into force after the ratification instruments are exchanged.
