On 26 May 2019, the United Arab Emirates Cabinet approved the pending income tax treaty with Gabon. The treaty, signed 1 March 2019, is the first of its kind between the two countries and will enter into force after the ratification instruments are exchanged. Details of the treaty will be published once available.
