According to a release from the Emirates News Agency, the United Arab Emirates Cabinet approved the pending income tax treaties with Burkina Faso, Ghana, and Sierra Leone on 1 November 2020.
The income tax treaty with Burkina Faso was signed on 28 January 2020. The treaty is the first of its kind between the two countries and will enter into force after the ratification instruments are exchanged.
