The UK Parliament has published the Finance (No.2) Bill 2017-19, which provides for the implementation of the Autumn Budget 2017 tax measures ({News-2017-11-27/P/3-previous coverage}). Also published is the Finance (No. 2) Bill Explanatory Notes, which provides a summary and explanation for each of the measures.
The bill is currently before the House of Commons, with the second reading scheduled for 11 December 2017.
