UK HRMC has published the following update on the status of the tax treaty with Belarus, noting that the UK has asked Belarus to reverse its suspension of the treaty and that the UK considers the treaty to remain in force and is continuing to comply with its terms. This is the same position taken in respect of the UK's tax treaty with Russia.
