UK HMRC has published the explanatory notes to the Finance Bill 2020, which was introduced in parliament on 18 March and provides for the implementation of several of the measures of the Budget 2020. This includes, among others, setting the corporate tax rate at 19% from 1 April 2020 instead of reducing the rate to 17% as previously scheduled.
