U.S. Senator Tammy Baldwin (D-WI) has issued a release regarding a push for the inclusion of legislation, the End Outsourcing Act, as part of the next relief package to aid recovery from COVID-19. The legislation includes restrictions on federal tax incentives for companies that outsource, as well as a 20% tax credit for companies that bring jobs back to the United States.
