The Treasury Financial Crimes and Enforcement Network (FinCEN) has issued notices and requests for comments on the report that will be used to collect beneficial ownership information and the application that will be used to collect information from individuals who seek to obtain a FinCEN identifier, consistent with the Beneficial Ownership Information Reporting Requirements final rule.
