Following the recent letter from the U.S. Senate Committee on Finance to the EU regarding concerns with the Commission's proposed three-percent digital services tax, U.S. Treasury Secretary Mnuchin has issued a brief statement on concerns with unilateral action. Although the EU is not mentioned in the statement, it is obviously directed towards the EU's proposals.
