The U.S. IRS has updated its Country-by-Country (CbC) Reporting Jurisdiction Status Table to note that CbC reports with respect to fiscal years beginning in 2016 will be spontaneously exchanged with France. A competent authority arrangement for the automatic exchange of CbC reports with France remains under negotiation.
