Uganda Revenue Authority Issues Public Notice on Tax Fraud Including a 14-Day Grace Period to Come into Compliance

On 14 November 2019, the Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) issued a public notice to all registered taxpayers regarding income tax fraud. The notice includes that the URA has provided a grace period ending 3 December 2019 for taxpayers to rectify their returns or face investigation and prosecution.
